Here's a youtube clip that shows you how to correct common form failures in the squat, push-up, lunge & RDL (Romanian Deadlift). I've used the squat method for ages on people it works a treat, but the others are something I'll have to include when I see form issues as they look great for correcting the common errors
(another good reason to get out the bands & heavy chains-ace!)
