I've just got a whole pile of different stuff through the last week or so. Mainly they are bits to add to shakes to to increase nutritional density. In my shakes I often have (although I am going to try them all at once I suspect I won't be having it all every shake):

I'll actually try out all of the above in one shake, just to see what it tastes like
I usually add some form of fruit (banana, pineapple, papaya, blueberry or similar) & of course protein powder (hemp, rice, pea & rarely soya).
I don't think you need any of these fancy foods, you could just as easily add in some whizzed up greens (watercress & spinach which I have used on occasions), but I had a bit of spare cash & so decided to go to town & get a whole cupboard full
