PostSubject: No direct correlation between VO2 max and running performance    Mon Nov 15, 2010 9:11 am

I've been searching the literature lately about endurance running and keep finding studies that instead of looking at performance before and after intervention/independent variable, just talk about VO2 max. My obvious question was: Is there really a direct correlation between VO2 max and running performance?

Looks like maybe not.

Good site BTW.
