Try this for fun... or better yet, talk one of your gym buddies into trying it.

Load 50 pounds on a bar,
then do 50 very slow reps of your favorite exercise.

For the first 25 you will be thinking, "I hope no one comes into the gym and sees me messing around with these baby weights."
Near the end of the second 25 you'll be thinking, "I hope no one comes into the gym and sees me crying."
