 Paleo-deit revisited...

Here's the thing. The people promoting the Paleo-diet have the argument that cave-men (& women) ate meat, leafy veggies & roots, no grains & we still have the same design, so we should be eating the same. Next time you meet a guy suggesting the Paleo-diet, point out that we now know cave-men (& women) ate grains & even appeared to process grains to make them more edible check out the article here
So grain are actually a part of a normal humans diet & not the new addition some people have been claiming.

The other problem with this diet it that we don't live like cavemen anymore.
Does the caveman diet involve walking 10km per day and running after animals to kill and carrying their corpses back to the cave?
Does it involve picking picking and vegetables for hours each day and waking at dawn and going to sleep at nightfall?
Another thing, the life expectancy of the average caveman was much lower than modern man.
